At SmartWeb, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality services across web design, hosting, domain registration, maintenance, and more. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, covering specific services where refunds apply. 1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Web Design: Refunds are not provided for completed web design projects. However, if there are concerns with the design process, please contact our team to discuss revisions and possible solutions.
  • Domain Registration: Refunds for domain registration are available but vary by domain extension. Please note that fees may apply, and not all domain extensions are eligible for refunds.
  • Web Hosting: We offer a 30-day full refund on SSD Linux hosting packages if you are not satisfied with the service. Beyond this period, hosting fees are non-refundable.
  • Web Maintenance, Website Security, and Marketing Automation: These services are non-refundable as they are customized to the ongoing needs of each client.
  • iOS and Android App Conversion: Due to the complexity and customization involved in app development, these services are non-refundable once the project has started.
  • VPS and Other Products: VPS and any specialized services are non-refundable.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your service details and reason for the request. Refunds must be requested within the eligible timeframe specified for each service.

3. Conditions of Refund

  • Refunds are not applicable if there is any violation or misuse of our services, including but not limited to:
    • Violating SmartWeb’s terms of service or content policies.
    • Engaging in any prohibited activity that affects the functionality, security, or reputation of SmartWeb services.
  • Refund requests that do not meet eligibility criteria or are beyond the refund window will not be honored.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Domain Registration Fees: Depending on the domain extension, registration fees may apply, and certain extensions are non-refundable.
  • Setup and Consultation Fees: Any initial setup or consultation fees are non-refundable as they cover the preliminary work and guidance provided by our team.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the request approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
